We’re looking for a front desk office administrator—-the key to the patient’s experience — who thrives on connection, organization, and creativity.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in how people experience HealthSource Chiropractic from the moment they call or walk in the door. This position combines customer service, office administration, and financial support to our patients in a professional, fast-paced, and family-friendly environment.

What You’ll Do
Customer & Office Management
- Be the first voice and face of HealthSource Chiropractic — answer phones, greet patients, and set the tone for a 5-star experience.
- Schedule appointments and take payments
- Support the Office Manager and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Aid patients in understanding their investment in health with insurance and cash services
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized office environment that reflects our company values.
Administrative Duties
- Handle scheduling, scanning, and document organization.
- Assist other team members during busy office hours
- Manage office supplies, mail, and electronic medical records.
- Help prepare patient files, insurances, and paperwork, as needed.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support marketing with social media posts, email campaigns, and community promotions
- Use ChatGPT and Canva to help generate engaging posts and marketing ideas.
- Assist in maintaining online scheduling, collecting patient reviews, and building local brand awareness.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen our community presence and patient engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine people-person — friendly, confident, and caring.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Canva
- Willingness to learn health insurance and chiropractic basics
- Previous administrative, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus — but not required.

Hours 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.25 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
