- Clinical Leadership
- Perform thorough patient evaluations, including health history, exams, and diagnostic (e.g., digital X-rays)
- Develop personalized, evidence-based care plans consistent with the HealthSource model.
- Deliver chiropractic care and oversee integration of adjunct therapies including progressive rehab, spinal decompression, laser therapy, nutrition, and orthotics.
- Track and assess patient progress, adapting care as needed for optimal results.
- Emphasize root-cause treatment and long-term wellness over symptom management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, billing, and compliance records, monitor and improve key clinical metrics and outcomes.
- Lead and motivate the clinic team through daily huddles and weekly trainings.
- Ensure seamless scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor associate doctors and support staff to enhance performance and clinical skill.
- Uphold Health Source’s values and operational standards in every interaction.
- Foster a warm, professional, and results-oriented environment.
- Clearly communicate treatment plans, goals, and the long-term value of corrective care.
- Build trust and educate patients to encourage engagement, retention, and referrals.
- Oversee delivery of a consistent five-star patient experience from intake through graduation.
- Actively contribute to business planning, performance tracking, and goal setting.
- Network actively in the community and represent the clinic at events and partnerships.
- Collaborate on marketing efforts to drive new patient growth and retention.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and future clinic development.
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, punctuality, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Teachable attitude and demeanor.
- Passion for wellness and commitment to continuous learning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth and possibly ownership or partnership.
- Monday – Friday (with occasional weekends for community events).
