HealthSmart Pro is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a per-diem basis. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Perform routine patient assessments and document observations.
- Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other medical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 2 Step PPD
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic healthcare environments.
