📍 Martin County and Highlands County, FL | 💲$100,000–$125,000 Quarterly Bonus
A growing healthcare organization with multiple healthcare clinic locations is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across Florida's Treasure Coast.
This is a highly visible role responsible for increasing patient volume, expanding community partnerships, and driving both digital and traditional marketing efforts.
What You'll Do:
✅ Develop and execute business development strategies to grow patient volume
✅ Build relationships with employers to expand occupational health services
✅ Partner with physician practices, hospitals, schools, athletic organizations, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and community organizations
✅ Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Business Profiles, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media
✅ Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
✅ Track marketing performance and identify new opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare outreach, or sales
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience with digital marketing and community engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel throughout the Treasure Coast region
Compensation & Benefits:
