About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office & Project Coordinator to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates starting their careers or with up to 1–2 years of experience. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth mail handling, cash tracking, and overall office support.
Work Setup: Onsite (Business casual to professional environment)
Key Responsibilities
Mail Handling & Scanning: Scan incoming client mail and distribute accordingly; manage returned patient mail including scanning and coordination; track client cash received via mail that needs to be sent out.
Cash Application Support: Assist with cash handling tasks such as processing checks or credit cards (if required); maintain accurate tracking of transactions in spreadsheets.
Office & Logistics Support: Occasionally travel to Southlake to collect HRC mail; be onsite to coordinate with document shredding services when needed; assist with general office tasks such as shipping laptops or resetting devices.
General Administrative Support: Provide support on ad hoc administrative or project-related tasks; help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Open to entry-level candidates; no experience required, but 1–2 years is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; proficiency is a plus
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong sense of accountability and time management
Work Requirements
Must be able to work onsite in a business casual to professional environment
Must have reliable transportation
Availability for evenings or weekends, with at least 50% availability during standard business hours (preferably Tuesdays and Fridays)
