Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking to work in a primary care setting where you will collaborate with primary care clinicians to develop treatment plans that address both physical and behavioral healthcare using a shared EMR?
