Position Overview:
We are a well-established outpatient private psychiatric practice seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our services by integrating psychotherapy into a thriving medication management practice.
Our affiliated hospitals and referral partners are eager to transition patients into a setting that offers both psychiatric and therapeutic services, creating a strong and consistent referral stream for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain appropriate documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensure
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in outpatient or behavioral health settings preferred
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
Compensation:
- Competitive 1099 contract rate (based on experience and services provided)
