Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Perform well-child examinations, developmental assessments, and preventive health screenings.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Administer immunizations following CDC guidelines.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Counsel parents and caregivers on nutrition, developmental milestones, behavioral health, safety, and disease prevention.
- Coordinate care with pediatric specialists and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Active New York medical license or the ability to obtain licensure.
- Three to five years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach with a passion for serving children and families.
