What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide outpatient neurological consultations and follow-up care
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological conditions
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers on coordinated treatment plans
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient setting

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency
• Board Certified in Neurology
• Active New York medical license
• Active Medicaid registration
• Open to all neurology subspecialties including:
  • General Neurology
  • Headache
  • Epilepsy
  • Movement Disorders
  • Neuromuscular
  • Cognitive/Memory Disorders

Preferred but Not Required

• Haitian Creole speaking
