A multispecialty Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Brooklyn, New York is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist (MD/DO) for a part-time outpatient position. This opportunity is ideally suited for a clinician seeking a professionally rewarding, structured ambulatory practice with the flexibility of a reduced schedule — whether as a primary position or as a complement to existing clinical commitments.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Clinical Focus
The practice offers a rich and varied outpatient endocrinology experience, with a predominant focus on the comprehensive management of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes — including advanced insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) integration, and cardiometabolic risk reduction — alongside active thyroid disease management including nodule evaluation and thyroid cancer surveillance. Additional case mix includes adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, metabolic bone disease, obesity medicine, and dyslipidemia, reflecting the full breadth of ambulatory endocrine practice.
The physician will benefit from a deeply integrated, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by on-site Podiatry, Primary Care, Cardiology, Nephrology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), and Women's Health — enabling coordinated, longitudinal care for a complex and medically underserved urban patient population.

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
