Role Description
Part-Time or Full-time positions for a Speech Language Pathologist in multiple locations! The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. They will deliver therapy sessions tailored to patient needs, create and implement treatment plans, document progress accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care. The role involves patient and family education as well as coordination with healthcare providers to support each patient’s treatment journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Speech and Language Disorders
- Experience with managing Dysphagia and other swallowing disorders
- Expertise in addressing Communication Disorders and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge and application of Speech Therapy techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain it (CFs are encouraged to apply)
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of California
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
