- Part-Time | up to 50 hours/month
- W-2 Position | $60-$62/hr
- Float position covering multiple schools in the area

Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing supervision of RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
- Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Review and analyze student data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings as requested
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
