Part-time Driver
Position Summary:
The Part-time Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting clients to and from the day programs and appointments. Transport various supplies and household furniture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take part in all agency-sponsored training programs as required by supervisor
- Maintain records as required by program
- Maintain company’s vehicles and ensure neat, clean appearance always
- Transport clients to and from day programs and appointments
- Transport house supplies and household furniture to programs and houses
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to possible medication and meal deliveries
- Ability to safely lift, move and position heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.)
- Drives vehicle safely to designated destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
Qualifications, Educations and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven driving experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move items.
