Position: Radiation Therapist
Location: Missoula, MT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Practice Details
- Full-time employed position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No travel requirements
- Provide radiation treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician
- Work collaboratively with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Educate and communicate effectively with patients and their families throughout the treatment process
- Adhere to all radiation safety policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations
Clinical Opportunity
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments utilizing advanced oncology technology
- Participate in treatment planning and patient care coordination
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Monitor patient progress and address treatment-related concerns
- Utilize healthcare informatics systems and electronic documentation tools

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $78,416 – $135,907
- $20,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid over two years)

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent
- Current Radiation Therapy Certification in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and regulatory compliance
- Experience with radiation oncology treatment planning systems and related software preferred
