- Setting: 1 main location, but would possibly visit 2 other locations 1-2 times per week in the area
- Schedule: M-F on a 4.5 day work week.
- Hours: 8:00 to 5:00
- Patient Volume: 28-36
- Job Requirements: BE or BC with an active Louisiana license
- Compensation: $110,000 with minimal bonus
- Benefits: Safe Harbor 401K , 3 weeks PTO, CME allowance, Malpractice Insurance
