What are the responsibilities and job description for the OBGYN needed in Redwood City, CA - Top Pay + Sign-On + Productivity Bonus position at HealthPlus Staffing?
Job details:
- Position: OBGYN
- Location: Redwood City, CA
- Schedule:
- 3-4 clinic days per week post-call day
- 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
- Min of 48 shifts of restricted in-house call coverage annually once hospitalist program is launched
- Call: Shared call: 1:6 with internal docs, community docs, outside OB Hospitalist
- Hospitalist always present OBGYN
- EMR: Cerner
- Patients load: 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)
- Job Requirements:
- BC or BE in FM or IM
- New grads welcome (no 2027 grads)
- Compensation:
- Base - 375-400K
- Productivity bonus
- Support: OBGYN full scope NP. Gen surg, CT surg
- Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license and want to start sooner, possible)
