Hematology/Oncology Physician — Dothan, AL

Setting:
Hospital-employed position within a well-established Hematology/Oncology practice at a regional medical center. The practice is located within the Southeast Health Cancer Center, offering a comprehensive range of services including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive care.

Schedule / Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Shared call coverage approximately 1:3.

Patient Volume:
Serves a 13-county referral area with a population of over 460,000. The clinic provides both inpatient and outpatient care, with dedicated oncology floors and a 21-room infusion center.

Job Requirements:

• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship program

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology

• Active Alabama medical license or eligibility to obtain

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Compensation:
Competitive salary with wRVU-based bonus potential. Comprehensive benefits package including a $100,000 signing bonus.
