An established multi-specialty physician group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a growing primary care team serving a rapidly expanding community.

This opportunity offers a true outpatient practice, no call responsibilities, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on delivering comprehensive patient-centered care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Details

• Full-time employed position
• 100% outpatient practice
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No call responsibilities
• Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support
• Administrative and clinic leadership support provided
• Established referral network within a large multi-specialty physician group

Clinical Opportunity

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine practice
• Preventive care and wellness services
• Acute and chronic disease management
• Women's health services
• Pediatric care
• Common behavioral health management
• Opportunity to supervise Advanced Practice Providers for additional compensation
• Opportunity to incorporate obstetrics for interested physicians

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $275,000 – $300,000
• Two-year guaranteed income
• Transition to productivity-based compensation model thereafter
• Sign-on bonus available

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• California medical license or ability to obtain
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
