Medical Director – North Miami Beach, FL
We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to serve as Medical Director for an established outpatient clinic focused on the adult and Medicare population.
Position Highlights:
• Medical Director role
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No hospital rounding
• Minimal call (1 week per year)
• Leadership opportunity
• Adult/Geriatric patient population
Compensation & Benefits:
• $260,000 base salary
• PCP bonus up to $24,000
• Medicare bonus up to $36,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• 17 days PTO
• CME allowance and paid CME time
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• Florida license, DEA, and NICA paid
• 401(k) with employer match
Requirements:
• Board Certified MD/DO
• Spanish required
• Leadership experience preferred
Salary : $24,000 - $260,000
