Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Farmington, MN. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to company standards and processes. The role involves staff mentoring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. The Supervisor will also handle escalated issues, monitor quality assurance, and contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
