Position Summary

Greets HealthLink Members, Physical Therapy Patients, and guests. Carries responsibility for the marketing and sales of HealthLink services to multiple target audiences and participates in retention programs with Supervisor Customer Service and Fitness Supervisor. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

• MINIMUM EDUCATION:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent. Course work in customer sales and customer services are required
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
  • Working with the public and/ or patient population in a supporting role. Experience in marketing and sales is required.
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • A track record of working with senior populations in a commercial or health care environment is helpful
• REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR):
  • BLS-Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network.
