Insurance Field Sales Representative (Florida)

As a marketing representative and insurance processor, your role will involve signing up Florida residents for free health insurance plans with Florida Blue. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and to promote the free health insurance policy to Florida residents and enroll as many people as possible. The process is straightforward – qualify customers with a couple of questions and use our insurance portal to process their applications.

Requirements for this position include being 18 years or older, willing to learn a PROVEN Sales Process, owning a cell phone, English-speaking (preferably bilingual), having at least a year of sales, insurance, or customer-facing experience (an insurance license is not required), great people skills, and willingness to approach new people. You must also be prepared to work on your feet for at least 4 hours at a time.

Your role as a marketing/insurance representative involves working with a health insurance company to enroll Florida residents in free ACA health insurance policies. You will receive training during your first week on sales tactics and processing procedures in order for you to generate sales QUICKLY. This is a Field Sales Position in Florida where you will build out a Plan of Action in order to engage with customers, and we expect you to present yourself as an executive marketing/insurance representative in business casual attire.

We pay based on performance/sales, and you will earn $60 for every person you enroll in the insurance policy as well as performance bonuses. The more accounts you get, the more you make, and on average, agents working 40 hours a week are making between $1k to $3k per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a considerable income by selling a free product, and most of our agents are making between $40-$80 per hour.
