Role Description
This is an on-site position for a PRN Nurse located in American Fork, UT. The PRN Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and treatment management
- Competence in monitoring patient conditions and maintaining detailed medical records
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Expertise in patient education and consultation
- Active nursing license in the state of Utah
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced healthcare setting with a focus on attention to detail
- CPR/BLS certification is required
- Experience in mental health or counseling-related healthcare (preferred but not mandatory)
