Job Description
• Strong experience in building Client Senior Management (CxO/VP) level relationships and executive connects
• Protect and grow revenue by building new offerings, receivables and collections, and overall customer satisfaction
• Responsible for driving the revenue and profitability of account relationships through identification of initiatives and new growth opportunities by working closely with the clients health plan leadership
• Responsible for coordinating and strategizing compelling business solutions through collaboration with internal business partners to build solutions that address new opportunities in the marketplace
• Manages the overall implementation process of new client accounts and program add-ons to existing accounts; within timelines and budgets
• Develops account management plans to increase the market share and ensure client satisfaction that will optimize profitability and growth.
• Responsible for contract negotiation and closure
• Regularly reports account operational and financial status to Senior Management.
• Ensures all required reports are delivered to the client in a timely manner.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time (within the U.S. as well as offshore locations for client visits when required)
• Understand the products/programs/services provided by HealthHelp and WNS.
• Experience working with URAC & NCQA accredited organizations and knowledge of the standards
• Responsible for development and delivery of all client financial reporting and presentations to be shared on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of executive level account management and contract negotiation experience, required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration preferred,
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills to facilitate cooperation and project management among cross-functional teams and clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority or C-Suite levels
• P&L management experience preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to obtain, manipulate, and interpret various reports and data to produce meaningful information
• Should be detail oriented and organized in approach
• Proven project management, task management and execution management skills
• Experience working in cross functional and matrixed management operating teams
• Possess excellent organization and time-management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional information
💵 Compensation Disclosure
The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 annually. This represents the base pay range that we reasonably expect to offer for this position.
Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:
- Overall professional experience
- Directly relevant experience
- Education and certifications
- Industry knowledge and expertise
- Skills and competencies
In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, or incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.
