Responsibilities
- Under the direction of licensed physical therapists, treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions.

- Assist with implementing and modifying treatment plans in collaboration with the physical therapist.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety, infection control, and standard precautions are followed.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and activity modification to optimize recovery and function.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years PTA experience (REQUIRED)
- Active Texas PTA license or compact license (REQUIRED)
- Ability to work in a LTAC/LTC setting and follow supervision by a PT
- Proficient in documenting patient progress and communicating treatment results
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to standard care protocols
