Responsibilities

• Provide bedside respiratory care to patients per physician orders, including airway management and therapy administration
• Monitor and document patient respiratory status, responses to therapy, and progression of care
• Administer inhaled medications, humidification, chest physiotherapy, and aerosolized treatments as ordered
• Manage and adjust ventilator support and oxygen therapy as appropriate for the patient’s condition
• Collaborate with OB and ED teams to support perinatal and emergent care; respond to respiratory-related events promptly
• Maintain infection control practices, equipment hygiene, and accurate charting; ensure patient safety during all interventions
  
  

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• Ability to work as the sole respiratory therapist on shift in a lean staffing environment
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts, including weekends as needed
• Eligible to participate in a travel assignment in the United States
