Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including patient positioning, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring equipment readiness
• Assist the surgical team before, during, and after procedures; monitor patient status and hemodynamics; support anesthesia providers as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR; record intraoperative events, counts, and implants as required
• Manage instrument and supply tray setup, specimen handling, and turnover between cases to optimize OR efficiency
• Participate in a rotating call schedule (weekday and weekend), with potential holiday call when assigned
• May float to affiliated surgery centers as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license in Ohio (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience
• Robotic, neuro, and orthopedics experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment and to float to affiliated centers as needed
