Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including telemetry monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policy
• Perform ongoing assessments, document findings, and escalate changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure charting reflects current patient status
• Support patient safety through adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and evidence-based nursing standards
  
  

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at time of submission
• BSN required
• 3–4 years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience
• Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
• Ability to work the night shift on a Med-Surg unit with telemetry; eligible for travel assignment
