Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies, including arterial, venous, carotid, and dialysis graft assessments
• Conduct duplex and Doppler examinations with color flow imaging; document findings for interpretation
• Evaluate the aorta, renal arteries, and perform arterial mapping as indicated
• Assess upper and lower extremity arterial and venous systems, including grafts and stents
• Prepare studies for interpretation and enter results in the Epic charting system; coordinate with interpreting physicians
• Maintain patient safety, proper positioning, and equipment readiness; operate GE, Philips, Siemens, SonoSite devices and manage PACS workflow
  
  

Requirements

• RVT credentialing required for vascular ultrasound
• BLS certification
• Active Idaho (state or compact) license in hand at time of submittal
• 3 years of vascular ultrasound experience preferred; first-time travelers welcome
• CCI RVS or RDCS; RVT / ARDMS RVT credentials accepted
• Proficient in arterial, venous, carotid, graft studies; duplex and Doppler with color flow
• Familiarity with GE, Philips, Siemens, SonoSite equipment; PACS experience; Epic charting
• Ability to work in an adult vascular imaging setting on a 5x8-hour day shift
