Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for interventional radiology procedures; maintain sterile technique
• Assist the radiology team during interventional procedures; monitor patient status and comfort
• Operate and troubleshoot interventional imaging equipment; acquire and optimize diagnostic images
• Maintain procedural documentation, patient records, and inventory; ensure radiation safety practices
• Maintain room turnover and cleanliness; assist with equipment setup and calibration
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure efficient, safe patient care
  
  

Requirements

• Active ARRT Radiography certification (in hand)
• Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license or eligibility (can apply once offered)
• Minimum 2 years IR experience with scrub experience required; 3 years preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume IR environment
• Willingness to float to related IR areas as needed
• On-site hospital setting ability and reliability for assignment terms
• On-call requirements as needed
