Responsibilities

• Perform intraoperative radiographic imaging for cardiovascular procedures using fluoroscopy (C-arm) to support the surgical team
• Maintain sterile technique, position patients, and assist the surgeon and anesthesia team as needed
• Optimize image quality, adjust exposure settings, and ensure proper labeling and documentation of images
• Adhere to radiation safety principles (ALARA), protect patients and staff, and monitor exposure during procedures
• Prepare and manage imaging equipment and supplies in the OR, verify patient identity and procedure, and document workflow
  
  

Requirements

• Cardiovascular radiology/or operating room radiography experience required
• CST (Certified Surgery Technician) or TS-C (Tech in Surgery) certification required
• CPR or BLS certification required
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate/Technical degree preferred
• Scrub technician experience, OR training, or CNA certification preferred
• Ability to work in an OR setting and participate in a 4x10-hour schedule
