Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and provide treatments across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Support mobility progression and discharge planning for patients transitioning from acute care to SNF or outpatient clinics
• Work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, SNF) and occasionally in OB, with extensive outpatient clinic involvement
• Maintain a balanced schedule with outpatient visits every 30–45 minutes and new evaluations around 60 minutes, potentially handling 5–15 patients per day
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, and ensure patient safety and education throughout the care continuum
  
  

Requirements

• Hawaii Physical Therapist license required; must obtain Hawaii PT license as soon as possible
• Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient settings, including ER, ICU, Med/Surg, SNF, with occasional OB
• Competent in PT evaluations and treatments with independence in outpatient care
• Availability to work Saturdays as required and flexibility to accommodate scheduling
• Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements via the required portal and documentation process
