Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to determine residents’ needs and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting activities of daily living, motor skills, and upper-extremity function
• Provide direct therapy and supervise therapeutic activities to improve independence and quality of life
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in a clear, timely manner
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, set goals, and optimize discharge planning
  
  

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy license to practice in Maine (or eligibility for licensure)
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel assignment and maintain guaranteed hours
• Experience or ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing, long-term care setting
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Availability for a day shift schedule (08:00–16:30), five days per week
• Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment
