Unlock a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee wellness! HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic, client‑focused Massage Therapist to join the team on a substitute/as‑needed basis at a premier corporate wellness location in Swiftwater, PA!

In this flexible role, you’ll step in to provide exceptional care and support whenever coverage is needed — offering you the freedom to work based on demand and your availability while still making a difference in a dynamic, wellness‑centered environment.

Responsible for administering professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
• General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
• Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) in addition to a spa like environment within a fitness center.
• Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Massage Therapy License for the state of Pennsylvania required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
• 2 years of massage therapy experience required.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Experience in sports massage techniques.
• Good communication skills; listening and verbal.
  
  

Compensation: Commission-based position. Pay is dependent on service packages. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
