Join HealthFitness as a part-time Laundry Attendant (16 hours per week) at our Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR! In this role, you’ll keep our state-of-the-art facility running smoothly by managing laundry services, folding towels, and supporting overall housekeeping, helping create a clean, welcoming environment for every member who walks through our doors.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm
Responsible for laundry and other housekeeping services.

Responsible for laundry and other housekeeping services.
Key Accountabilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and replenish towels, member garments, cleaning rags, and mop heads.
- Lift and transport objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
- High School diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and be able to walk at least 15,000 steps per shift.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work around safe chemicals and bleach.
- 2 years of facility housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
