About The Role

HealthFitness is looking for an as-needed/fill-in (number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling) Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our government client site located in Alexandria, VA.

In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Other duties as-needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  
  

The compensation range for this role is $11/hr - $16/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
