What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician Level 1, you’ll keep our facilities running smoothly by performing routine maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced environment. Your work ensures our mission-driven healthcare team can focus on what matters most—caring for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor electrical repairs (switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts, cords, etc.).
- Handle basic plumbing tasks (fix leaks, unclog drains, replace hoses, lay lines).
- Complete painting, carpentry, and masonry work (doors, locks, surface prep, finishes).
- Assist with office reconfigurations and furniture installations.
- Prepare and paint surfaces to protect and maintain equipment and structures.
- Monitor access control and climate control software systems.
- Safely operate tools and equipment.
- Perform general cleaning and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in facility maintenance with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
