What You’ll Do
- Partner with the SBC Nurse Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate school health services.
- Support and train SBC Nurse Coordinators to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Provide policy updates, staff development, and morale-building initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to demonstrate outcomes and drive quality improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community health partners.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for nursing staff.
- Occasionally provide direct patient care in school clinics and pediatric Saturday clinics.
Requirements:
- Current Kentucky RN license
- BSN 3 years school health-related experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
