Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $80,000-$120,000*

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and direct daily intake, routing, and resolution workflows for Client Requests across the Company
- Drive accountability through transparent reporting across teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report trends to leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex client requests and escalations
- Support onboarding and training of Client Service team members to ensure alignment with service expectation
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We Expect From You
- 5 years of experience in client services, operations, or a related field
- 2 years of leadership or team lead experience preferred, not required
- A strong understanding of how work gets done for Clients at HealthEZ
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience managing service metrics, workflows, and performance outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional partners
- Experience working with CRM or Service Management systems (Salesforce and 8x8 preferred)
