About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people access the services they need? Join our team as an Enrollment Specialist! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind enrollment initiatives, client acquisition, and administrative support. You’ll work independently and collaboratively with county agencies, community partners, and internal teams to ensure enrollment goals are met and exceeded.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage enrollment strategies to meet targets.
- Build strong relationships with case management agencies and community partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, presentations, and trade shows.
- Conduct demos and presentations to showcase our Clinic@Home™ platform.
- Maintain accurate client records while adhering to HIPAA, Medicaid, and Medicare guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication.
- Monitor enrollment metrics and prepare reports to track success.
- Solve problems and make decisions independently to keep business moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
· Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 1–2 years of related experience.
· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Familiar with Medical Terminology & working with Case Managers.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
· Organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple priorities.
· Reliable transportation for travel primarily within the metro area.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for event setup.

Typical Work Schedule:
Our standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While this is the office’s primary schedule, there may be occasional events or demos outside these hours. We value life-work balance and aim for 40-hour work week on average.
This position will enjoy a mix of working from our Minnetonka office, working from home, and traveling to various locations across the Twin Cities and the State of Minnesota. Occasional overnight travel is required.
