Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Eau Claire, WI. The Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing medication orders for validity, appropriateness, and compliance, confirming the accuracy of dispensed medications, and providing expert guidance to healthcare staff and patients. They will also maintain proper records, manage inventory, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in accurately preparing, reviewing, and dispensing prescriptions
- Knowledge of medication therapy management and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills related to patient care and medication safety
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with healthcare staff and patients
- Experience with inventory management and maintaining accurate documentation
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a valid pharmacy license in the state of Wisconsin
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a commitment to quality care
