HTS is now seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at an esteemed skilled nursing facility in Calvert City, KY. Joining the PRN team would provide an excellent opportunity to be part of a longstanding team that works very well together at a building with a home-town family feeling, no corporate mindset or interference. Residents are very motivated for therapy to treat generalized weakness and falls. Weekday availability is preferred, but weekday and weekend hours could be utilized.

Requirements:
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
