We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate and skilled team at a senior living community in Terre Haute, Indiana. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to help residents thrive through personalized therapy, while working in a supportive, therapist-owned organization that truly values clinical excellence.
- Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Flexible full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week)

What You Bring:
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
