We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care at a highly-rated senior living community in South Bend, Indiana. Located on the city’s south side, this facility offers a full continuum of care in a lively, team-oriented setting. Services include short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, and assisted living. Work in a modern therapy gym with an ADL kitchen and bathroom for real-life practice.
Position Highlights
· Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (30–40 hours per week)

What You Bring:
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
