Description
HTS is currently seeking Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our therapy team on a PRN basis at our partner continuing care retirement community located in Walnut Creek, Ohio (Holmes County). This is an excellent opportunity for PTs and PTAs looking for flexible work arrangements as PRN with HTS is very flexible and requires minimal commitment. Staffing needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off, so a mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a continuing care retirement community.
- Assist with managing increases in caseload, scheduled time off, and weekend needs on a PRN basis.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to residents.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
