HTS is now hiring a Physical Therapist to join our teams at two highly-rated continuing care retirement communities located in Warren and Bluffton, IN. The PT in this position will cover mostly evaluations and supervisory visits, as well as skilled treatments, at both buildings on a full-time basis.
- Flexible full-time schedule, 30–40 hours/week.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Drive time and mileage compensated for travel between the buildings, which are located within 20 miles of each other.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
