Description
HTS is currently seeking Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis at senior living facilities located in Demotte and Brook, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for OTs and OTAs looking for flexible work arrangements as PRN with HTS is very flexible and requires minimal commitment. Staffing needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off, so a mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients on an as-needed basis.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
