Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health
HTS is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional care to home health patients in Columbus, Indiana, and the surrounding areas. In this position, the SLP will provide therapy services to residents in their individual homes or onsite at our partner senior living facility. Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.

- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
