Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part Time & PRN
HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Position Details:
· This position is PART-TIME at 15 – 20 hours per week.
· Located on the west side of South Bend, about 6 miles from downtown, this well-regarded skilled nursing facility offers comprehensive sub-acute rehabilitation services.
· Large, fully equipped therapy gym.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
