Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time & PRN
HTS is hiring two Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our therapy teams in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Position Details:
· These two positions are FULL-TIME at 30 – 40 hours per week.
· Each position will cover across two HTS sites in South Bend.
· Well-regarded skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities offering short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, independent living and assisted living.
· Fully equipped therapy gyms.
· Compensated drive time and mileage for travel between the buildings.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
